Tracy Lott is a 2nd-grade teacher at Midland Christian Elementary. Tracy is one of those teachers that students will remember for a lifetime. She loves big and makes every student feel as though they are her absolute favorite student. Tracy is a fabulous mentor to other teachers, but more importantly, shows Christ in all that she does. She has a sweet spirit that overflows and touches everyone she encounters.

Tracy's expectations of her students academically are top-notch. She doesn't accept an "I can't" attitude and encourages and pushes her students far beyond what they ever thought they were capable of. Tracy is the teacher that every school wishes they had. She is positive, upbeat, and encouraging not only to her students, but to her teammates and all those she interacts with.

Midland Christian is thrilled to have such an amazing servant of the Lord to bless students on a daily basis.  She is a Star Teacher!
