Nov 15, 2019 11:20AM

Lori Stafford, D.O.

When awaiting the arrival of a new baby, few are more vital to a parent’s composure than the OB/GYN. Often the voice of patience, reason and encouragement, these physicians’ roles can’t be overstated. Fortunately, those like Lori Stafford, D.O. understand the delicate strength of expectant mothers and create a practice of warmth and compassion. Originally hailing from Abilene, Dr. Stafford obtained her bachelor’s degree from Angelo State before attending medical school at UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth. To the benefit of Permian Basin residents, she settled in this area after completing her residency at UT Southwestern in Austin and plans to stick around indefinitely. As part of her vision for complete women’s care, the office of Lori Stafford, D.O. employs an experienced, all-female staff—Medical Assistants, a Nurse Practitioner and ultrasonographer—that offers comprehensive women’s care, including infertility treatment, obstetrics and gynecology, 3D/4D ultrasounds, and an in-house laboratory for bloodwork. She has privileges at both Odessa Regional Hospital and Medical Center Hospital, and to make travel more convenient for Midland residents, she opens a satellite office in Midland one afternoon a week (Mondays). So, whether you’re new to the area or simply need the services of an OB/GYN, call the experts at Lori Stafford, D.O., where conscientious treatment exists for women…by women.
