Dinahmite’s Hot Sauce

3 – 28 oz cans petite diced tomatoes
3 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
12 Jalapeno peppers
12 Serrano peppers
3 T cumin
2 T salt
1. Run all ingredients through food processor. For chunkier hot sauce, run a shorter amount of time.  For thinner hot sauce, run a longer amount of time.  Peppers can 
be adjusted to your desired heat.
2. Cook on medium to low heat for 30 minutes.  Pour into jars & seal when cool.  
Makes about 3 ½ quarts.  Even though there are no preservatives it keeps well 
in the refrigerator.
